Position Overview:
As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our patients, many of whom are older individuals with lower income and various medical conditions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure exceptional customer service through effective communication, technical skills, and empathy. The ideal candidate will have a crisp and clear English accent, excellent computer skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently. A background in Sales is an added advantage.
