Project and process Engineer 

Tetra Pak: Support for the development of projects in the field of food manufacturing in Central America and the Caribbean. All in conjunction with the sales and projects department begins the process from the initial quotes, planning, engineering, installation and closing of the project. In addition to the administrative area, it is supported with the design of the plant and selection of all the equipment within the plant with multiple design and modeling programs already mentioned.

SONDA: In charge of the preventive and corrective maintenance of the validation system of the bus fleet for the MiBus client. Solving problems in the field of electronic and electromechanical equipment with the help of the maintenance department of the Mibus yard, CRM and CMMS software. 

EPA: Leader of a cookie packaging line in charge of 30 operators, assistants and packers. This entails the complete start-up of equipment in conjunction with operators, preventive and corrective maintenance, calibrations with the help of operators, production reports and assistance, production schedules and mainly problem solving to reduce waste and unnecessary reprocessing. Defined 3-month project to support the plant.

Mechanical Engineering with Trend in dynamic and automated systems. Postgraduate in automated maintenance and process control of plants. March 2015 - December 2020.

Final project: Design of an automatic solution for plants dairy type food manufacturing that want implement natural yogurt processing. It became a complete analysis of customer needs and their products, design of plans, block diagrams and PnId. Study of production schedules, risk analysis, service necessary and selection of each team within the lines of production for each area within the plant
