Job Summary

As a PTP Audit and Compliance Specialist you will be responsible of all PTP internal controls and undergoing audits for Americas Region. Compounding to 11 countries, 40+ Company Codes (BUs).

Your role:

• You will be the liase between our Internal audit team, Global Process Owners, Business Process Owners, External Auditors, and Infosys Partners acting as a Point of Contact for the Americas.
• Will act as Control Owner and ensure the timely execution and scoring of the controls with quality to deliver effective control performance for internal and external audits.
• You must ensure on time deliverables to PIA and EA and perform and required follow ups and steps of the EA (deploy meeting, walkthroughs, deliverables per period, results meetings, and communications to B/M/F on audit results).
• Will focus on continuously improving the auditing process by identifying areas of opportunity as well as driving initiatives to make process for control execution more efficient and improve productivity.

You're the right fit if:

• You have +2 years of experience in financial auditing, internal/external audit, SOX controls or a valid mix of academic background and similar experience.
• Own a bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, or similar academic background.
• You have an advanced English
• You are an advanced Excel user.
