- Focused on large-scale greenfield wind projects in NM and solar projects in the Rocky Mountain Region.

- Successfully negotiated leases and managed the development of greenfield projects.

- Managed 3 interconnection projects in CT and NY, ensuring on-time and on-budget project delivery.

Associate Project Manager – Remote 10/2020– 11/30/2021   Eversource Corp.  (contracted through Randstad/Atrium)

-Managed a suite of transmission line re-build projects in a 25-mile corridor valued in excess of $250M.  

-Lead the full rebuild of an 8-mile transmission line segment and co-managed the re-build of 6 other lines in the corridor.  

Manager/Project Manager/Right of Way Broker  04/2017 – 09/2019   Southline Transmission Project

-Worked daily with managing partners to plan and execute the construction of a 377-mile, 345kV AC overhead transmission line between Las Cruces, NM and Tucson, AZ. 

-Responsible for leading weekly project meetings with all project teams, including a team at WAPA, the Western Area Power Administration, our project partner.  

-Managed all land activities: budgeting, scheduling, managing, billing and reporting for right of entry, title, permitting, survey support and acquisitions.

Texas Central Railroad & Infrastructure (11/2015 – 11/2016)

Acquired options to purchase land in fee simple and survey permission for the planned Hi-Speed Rail project between Dallas and Houston. Based in College Station, TX.  Responsible for approving and reviewing title work prior to negotiating options.

Energy Transfer (5/2015 - 10/2015)

Managed the title review process on the Comanche Trail Pipeline LLC project in El Paso, Texas. 

Chevron Pipe Line Company 1/2012 - 2/2015 Projects Included:

Managed due diligence project by analyzing line rights for a complex 5-line corridor in the Port Arthur area. Successfully completed 3 acquisitionprojects and handled operations and maintenance issues on a regular basis. Worked as the RW Supervisor on two West Tx projects adding 2 6-mile loop lines in existing easements. Spearheaded a very successful 40-mile line-lowering project.  Performed valuation research for gas plant divestiture.

Worked as title agent on a Phillips 66 pipeline project south of Houston metroplex. 

Energy Transfer (7/2011 - 1/2012)

Worked as a title and acquisitions agent on a 300-mile intrastate and 450-mile interstate transmission pipeline in Texas.

King Pipeline Services (3/2009 - 6/2011)

Worked for Air Liquide, Air Products, Energy Transfer, Boardwalk, Enbridge and worked on an electric t-line project for CREZ.
