•Negotiated rates with both local and international suppliers. Study the global market and pricing of the category prior to setting contracts with US partners.

•Support SAP testing and implementation.

•Coordinate the execution of 2000 deliveries and 100 transfers across US between warehouses, looking into cost-effectiveness, quality of service and risk management.

•Onboarding and supervision of 2 members of staff, optimizing productivity, fast-response rate and customer service satisfaction.

MARKETING AND LOGISTICS EVENT ASSISTANTThe Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies

•Support commercial strategy through the execution of events and product launch preparation: planning, supplier management, preparation of training and creation of promotional materials for 13 countries across Central America and the Caribbean.

•Creation of Purchase Orders (PO) and payments in SAP. Control of the budget of the department along with the report of expenses and review on-time invoices paid.

•Lead and track saving management in report of expenses of the regional franchise.

•Support the application and renewal of contracts of vendors in Ariba with the Procurement Department within compliance policies.

•Host training sessions with field sales force to apply change management of events.

•Lead two internal campaigns of two categories with the regional team to downscale commercial strategies.

•Execute Omnichannel strategy ensuring the effectiveness of suppliers across the projects.

TEAM LEAD – SALES ASSOCIATE AIESEC Peru – AIESEC Panama

•Generate and implement strategies for sales funnel, account management and customer service. 95% retention rate of clients, 25% growth in new clients, enabling internships travels for young across Latin America.

•Implementation of risk management initiatives with suppliers and customers during COVID-19.

•Management and creation of events: sourcing of suppliers, contracts, coordinating logistics events, hiring organizational teams and budget execution.
