- Develop and maintain regular reports on business performance, market trends, and other key metrics relevant to our business.
- Automate data collection and report generation processes where applicable.
- Work closely with various departments to understand and meet their reporting needs, ensuring reports are user-friendly and informative.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all reports, with an understanding of local business timings and calendars.
- Analyze report data to provide insights and recommendations specific to the local business context.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a reporting or data analysis role.
- High school diploma is mandatory; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel as well as visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.
- Strong SQL skills required. Solid understanding and ability to perform complex data tasks with SQL.
- Experience in automating reports and creating dashboards.
- Solid understanding of database management systems and data modeling.
- Proven ability to generate data-driven insights contributing to profitability. Data Analyst Portfolio showcasing previous work, highlighting experience with data analysis and visualization, providing a practical demonstration of the candidate's skills and creativity is preferable.
