- Uses risk expertise and knowledge of industry and carriers to develop placement solutions that meet client needs.
- Assists in implementing the Placement strategy to achieve growth goals and provide exceptional client service.
- Contributes to development of the go-to-market strategy and articulates the value of placement function and participates within pricing of services as applicable.
- Collaborates in submission of coverage specifications and obtains quotes from carriers based upon the "assist, advise, and assume" transaction model.
- Assists in binding coverage and is responsible for the accuracy of placement binders.
- Maintains relationships with practice, insurance markets, clients carriers and/or underwriters to provide cohesive client service.
- Assists in analyses changing insurance and risk management market conditions and informs client executives, client advisors, and/or clients of major developments affecting various types of products/coverage.
- Bachelor's degree.
- More than 5 years of experience in reinsurance.
- English proficiency.
- Knowledge in reinsurance.
- Excellent social skills and a positive attitude that allow us to continue creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Enjoyment and service-oriented attitude to evaluate and give advisory.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to an innovative company with effective processes and tools that provide solutions to our clients.
