Main mission

  • Responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for Central America & The Caribbean (CAWI).

Main responsibilities

  • Leading the development of all marketing strategies aligned with the business objective
  • Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support in line with the companies values
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with TAEs across the therapeutic areas
  • Cobuilding a transversal action plan
  • Monitor and optimize marketing budgets to ensure best use of resources
  • Bachelor degree, ideally in life science
  • Experience in leading marketing team
  • A strong truck record of success driving marketing campaigns in pharmaceutical industry or similar
