Main Mission

  • To lead and oversee the Sales Operations in his/her region, developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • An important focus will be the development and management of his team at the highest standards of leadership
    Main responsibilities
  • Responsible for TO in the countries of charge
  • Ambassador of affiliate strategy
  • Responsible for the Leadership and development of country managers
  • Implement and oversee a comprehensive people development Project in the region
  • Regional strategy (Regional plan of action / portfolio management / pricing / ) in line with global strategy but adapted to local needs
  • Responsibility of crossfunctional work in head office (Regional Core Team)
  • Work with Tier 1 TAE in collaboration with medical
  • Budget allocation

_Panama based (60% in the HO, 40% in the field)_

  • Bachelor degree
  • Experience in leading and developing sales teams, ideally across multiple countries
