    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in a business environment
    • Education – High School Diploma/G.E.D
    • English and Spanish Language (written and verbal)
    • Ability and flexibility to travel to our corporate office in Miami, FL (Valid Visa required)
    • Strong time management practices.
    • Ability to interact and communicate well with others; ability to communicate
    effectively in verbal and written formats; to ensure accurate order entry
    processing.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinates and processes orders and forwards them to the Production Department.
    • Completes and closes orders.
    • Updates dates of arrival of inventory for the Sales Department to have updated
    information.


    • Reserves inventory on orders.
    • Processes orders taking into consideration inventory sites and bins
    • Creates new assemblies
    • Liberates assemblies when orders are ready
    • Processes PO's to vendors
    • Verifies inventory availability
    • Processes pick tickets, packing lists and sends them to the warehouse
    • Fulfills orders ready to ship
