Job summary

Customer Service & Sales Inbound / Outbound (Part Time and Full Time)

Responsibilities

• Taking orders from customers wanting to place food orders
• Follow up with Hotels whom we have relationships with.
• Take accurate food and drink orders through the phone, dispatch appropriate order to corresponding kitchens.
• Provide excellent customer service
• Being a team player and be able to effectively communicate with the Kitchen Staff to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.

Qualifications

• Fully Bilingual in English (Verbal and Writing) is Absolutely Mandatory. You will be tested.
• Must be available Mon – Sun (We are a 24 hours call center)
• Depending on shift time and days, positions are 6 days/week, 24 to 48 hours per week, 5 days/week schedules available for top performers
• Attentiveness and patience for customers
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Active listening and effective communication skills
• High energy and confident.

• Our Part time positions start at $500.00 plus bonus, Full time start at $1000

• All call center departments offer both part time and full time positions with flexible hours
• Pay ranges increase depending on abilities up to $675 for part time, $1250 for full time – Bonus of up to 50% of base available for star performers in elevated positions
