Responsibilities:

  • As an HR Trainer, you will make sure our new (and current) employees are fully trained, specifically on PX software, tools, and company processes. In this position, you will make sure that our team is learning the new releases and functionalities of PX.

Coordinate internal and external training programs for: New hires to effectively learn the tools necessary to carry out their work. Existing employees to effectively manage new platform releases and newly implemented tools for their roles. Onboarding for new employees. Get trained to train others, while producing training material and process manuals.

Create workshops for teams across the company to reassure their knowledge within their roles. Work effectively and assist the HR manager to build collaborative relationships and a strong sense of teamwork and partnership.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Communication, Human Resources, or Education. Excellent communication in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.

Self-motivated, proactive, and with the ability to work independently.

Detail-oriented and organized - you don't need someone to follow up with you, you got it?? Focused on driving our team forward by supporting all their needs and collaborating with the HR Manager on HR projects for culture, productivity, and engagement building.

Collaborative in how you work across the internal organization, while maintaining a sense of confidentiality and integrity with regard to knowledge of HR matters.
