Job Summary:


We are looking for a profesional that can be committed to a process which is a very important area of the company.

Come to be part of the PtP Finance, and in this position, you will be responsible for posting of the invoices for payments assuring business continues running smoothly.

Here, we make sure we follow correct process for postings to maintain our accounting process accurate in line with our internal procedures and practices.

You will contribute to correctly pay our suppliers on time and support on daily routines to deliver a clean process.

This is a local position based in Panama City, Panama, with a hybrid model.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.


What you will do:

As an Accounting Associate PtP (Purchase to Pay) Finance you will:

  • Be responsible for the workflow of invoices.
  • Post invoices on time and follow the correct flow of coding and approvals.
  • Closing of the month activities
  • Being first line of support for all stakeholders for the support markets
  • Monthly KPI Analysis and Report
  • Continuous improvement: Be proactive, and understand the processes and KPIs, and eliminate waste in the operation.
  • Maintain good relationship and communication with all markets stakeholders related to the PTP process and be a team player.

We believe you have:


  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Administration or Controlling.
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in an international accounting department could be as an intern.
  • Fluent English
  • Basic SAP knowledge
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proactive persone with good attitude to learn and grow in the organization.
