    About World Business Lenders )

    World Business Lenders (WBL) provides general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to a broad customer base comprised of small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States that lack access to traditional funding.

    WBL is a U.S.-based company with a 100% remote workforce.

    This is a remote Contract/Consultant position. Working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. The job requires excellent oral and written command of the English language. Resumes must be submitted in English.

    About the Job:

    As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support the talent acquisition team in attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent for the organization. You will assist in developing recruitment strategies, ensuring positive candidate experience, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in talent acquisition, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.

    Responsibilities:


    •Support in developing and implementing recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.


    •Assist hiring managers in identifying workforce needs and translating them into recruitment plans.


    •Accurately follow the hiring process to seamlessly streamline candidates through the pipeline.


    •Actively source candidates through various job boards and our ATS.


    •Identifying and engaging potential candidates.


    •Screening to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.


    •Assist with other projects and duties as assigned.

    Requirements


    •100% fluency in English, with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills


    •Previous experience in full cycle recruitment, human resources.


    •Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required; Teams experience preferred.


    •Experience working with ATS such as Workable


    •Experience with Zoom


    •Positive attitude and willingness to learn.


    •Proactive approach and strong work ethic


    •Ability to learn quickly and strong organization skills


    •Excellent attention to detail
