- Identificar, desarrollar y gestionar oportunidades comerciales a nivel local e internacional.
- Da seguimiento efectivo a leads calificados, clientes activos y prospectos estrategicos.
- Asegurar una experiencia de customer care sobresaliente desde el primer contacto hasta la conversión y fidelización.
- Coordinar con equipos internos para garantizar una comunicación clara, oportuna y alineada con las expectativas del cliente
- Mantener actualizada la información comercial en ZOHO CRM y elaborar reportes de gestión
- Representa a con un enfoque profesional, estratégico y orientado a resultados.
