    Main Purpose:

    Function:

    Build a robust pipeline of future commercial leaders with capacity and capability in the commercial areas as well as fill relevant current/future vacancies with high-quality graduate hires.

    Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Graduates will focus on and work in the commercial areas only. Program period is 12 months.
  • learn the duties and skills necessary to work independently
  • Business challenges and projects. Figure out risks to your project and work on how to identify and mitigate them.
  • shadowing various staff members, participating in learning experiences, attending meetings and workshops, and traveling to other working environments, if needed, to gain practical experience.
  • Compiling reports and making presentations to other staff members
  • Analyzing existing systems and offering new ideas for improvement.
  • Conducting research and assisting the Manager or Supervisor wherever possible.
  • Requirements:

    Experience:

  • A recent graduate with an educational background in Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Bus. Administration etc.
  • Graduated in the top 20% of class
  • Work experience: <3 yrs.
  • Skills:

  • Working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office is required.
  • English proficiency

  • Key Relationships and Department Overview:

    Key Relationships:

  • Internal – Retail, B2B/wholesale, aviation, lubes, pricing, supply, logistics, finance and procurement departments.
  • External – Vendors, dealers
