We are searching the best talent for Jr.
Data Steward for our Centers of Excellence (CoEs) in Panama, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Argentina or Colombia.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Support Data & Analytics Product delivery, responding promptly to user/customer inquiries related to functional, data and access requests topics;
  • Responding promptly to customer requests, ensuring customer satisfaction and provide a professional customer support;
  • Educate/Train users on products and data domains;
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary;
  • Define and manage all the activities required to meet the goals established by the Product Owner;
  • Prevent and/or timely resolve problems regarding the quality of the data under their responsibility;
  • Perform a secondary, businessbased data quality check;
  • Effectively navigate technology, analytical, legal and privacy complexities to achieve objectives;
  • Support and lead communication plans;
  • Determine business impact level for data quality issues;
  • Determine root cause for data quality errors and make recommendations for longterm solutions;
  • Develop process improvements to enhance overall data quality.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree is necessary;
  • Desirable: administration knowledge of Field Force CRM like Veeva or Salesforce;
  • Experience with commercial data sources;
  • Experience interpreting and organizing large amounts of data;
  • Display of good research and organizational abilities;
  • Working as part of a team to achieve company goals;
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers, colleagues, or users;
  • Technical skills including excel, Power BI;
  • Intermediate English is desirable;
  • Portuguese and/or Spanish is necessary.
