Your role at Tumi:

HRIS ManagerThis position is responsible for the maintenance, integrity and daily operation of the Human Resources Information System, Oracle HCM Cloud and timekeeping system, UKG Dimensions.

In addition, this position requires partnership with other HR system experts to ensure all HR-related systems are fully integrated.


The HRIS Manager should also ensure an excellent employee experience, champion data accuracy, as well as ensure all systems are regularly updated and compliant with labor regulations.

The HRIS Manager must have an in-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud and UKG Dimensions or similar HR software.

They must have knowledge of how the systems operate from a back-end perspective, have the ability to troubleshoot issues, complete mapping investigations and have good communication and conflict resolution skills.


Job Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operation of Oracle HCM Cloud, UKG Dimensions and the integrations with the Talent Management systems, payroll system and Performance Management.

Responsible for the end-to-end process for new hires, terminations and status changes so all transactions are completed accurately.

Ensure ATS, payroll, timekeeping, benefits and 401k feeds are always working proficiently with Oracle HCM Cloud.
Proactively engage with the Global HRIS Director, support teams and timekeeping service providers regarding open cases and service requests. Ensure the HRIS system has global consistency, stability and data accuracy. Maintain data integrity in systems by regularly analyzing data.
Ensure all systems have cohesive names of positions, cost centers, locations, and departments.
Manage permissions, US access and settings for all users and the HR team.

Accountable for auditing the system to determine how to mitigate security vulnerabilities found, what review processes are needed to meet compliance with the audit requirements and corporate processes.

Responsible for identifying creative solutions and opportunities for improvement to ensure exceptional functionality of system and system integrations.
Collaborate with Global HRIS Director regularly and evaluate quarterly enhancement impacts.
Work closely with HRBPs to ensure data integrity by improving administrative service tasks, reducing redundancies, and maximizing efficiencies.
Ensure all HR-related systems are compliant with data protection laws.
Design user-friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation.


We're excited if you have:
4+ years minimum HR related experience. College degree required.
Knowledge of and experience with Oracle HCM Cloud required.
Knowledge of and experience with UKG Dimensions required. Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with internet use and research.
Strong technology expertise and analytical skills.
Ability to negotiate and resolve differences.
Exceptional communication skills.

Must be a self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast
- paced environment.
Ability to partner across various levels of the organization and retail field.
