SummaryThe FP&A Analyst is responsible of updating and handling the economic financial projections models ad hoc for the businesses and provide accurate and up to date information to support the strategic decision-making process.

The position requires thorough knowledge of finance/accounting, business acumen and excellent communication skills.

Development of strategies and plans for risk treatment and/or mitigationMain ResponsibilitiesOversees handling and updating the economic-financial projections models for the assigned businesses.

Interacts with analysts in the elaboration of projections reflecting the business strategy and monitoring the performance of the assigned businesses.

Collaborates in the preparation of the group's short-term and long-term budgets and forecasts.
Responsible for the follow up of the budgetary execution of the assigned companies.
Run sensitivity analysis, simulations and scenario planning with economic-financial model as needed.
Submits projected income, cash flow, and balance sheet statements through BPC system.

Prepare timely and meaningful explanations to actual, forecast, and budget variances, including discussions of results and insights of major drivers.

Collaborates with the FP&A team in the search of information, and the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management and financial reports.

RequirementsDegree in finance, accounting, Business Administration, Industrial EngineeringMaster's degree is preferredExperience more than 3 years of experience, more than 2 years of experience in FP&AFinancial Modeling skills are requiredMicrosoft Office Advanced Level, specifically ExcelEnglish advanced Level, both oral and writtenExperience using Anaplan and/or SAP-BPC are nice-to-haveAnalysis and visualization tools - Power BI or similar
