As a Supply Planner Jr. you will support multiple operational tasks in the supply and inventory planning process. You will work hand in hand and report to the Sr. Supply Planner. This position is located in Panama Pacífico.


Key Responsibilities

  • You will produce reports according to the frequency defined for each of them: sales, inventories, item masters, service level.
  • You are going to update replenishment templates: GM supply file, replenishment template for imported product from Mexico, Colombia and Belgium.
  • Create monthly CA PMC metrics and update in Sharepoint.
  • Follow purchase orders in Oracle for finished product shipments imported into the region from all sources of supply.

Qualifications

  • Active student in the final stages of Industrial Engineering or fields related
  • Advanced Excel (can perform complex functions)
  • 1 years of experience in report creation, Excel management and Oracle is preffered.
