This role incumbent will part of a finance partner team for LATAM, as well as support functions, ensuring delivery of financial targets by providing decision support, financial management and governance.

_ Your Responsibilities_:
This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are

Finance partner to operations and support functions providing embedded decision support, financial and option analysis and deep insight of performance delivery and resource allocations
Lead key parts of monthly reporting and reviews with SMAS, plans and forecasts and provide commentary on key variances/business drivers and any actions required.
Support finance partner in signing off income statement and balance sheet and forecast
Support finance partner in delivering governance and other adhoc presentation creation
Support finance partner in detailed reviews of capital expenditure proposals and approve accordingly
Prepare actual costings of site SKUs, if any, and timely highlight any headwinds and tailwinds to finance partner
Support in standard setting exercise, if applicable.
Act as Compliance champion ensuring all controls and compliance requirements are governed
Ensure proactive and effective coordination between GSC finance and In-Country Shared Services, above country finance
Create nonstandard financial analysis and trends to support decision making as required
Execute simplification projects and implementation of best practices
Accountable for risk identification and manage financial governance in support of delivering business strategies
Support yearend management certification,
Be point of contact for the business with financial issues and proactively support embedding of target operating model
Take joint responsibility and accountability for decisions concerning overall business and be first point of contact for business colleagues with all financial issues
Facilitate internal & statutory audits; serving as the focal contact point between the business and auditors

_Basic Qualifications:_ We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

Strong Communication skills
Experience of supply chain finance/ business partnering is a plus
Demonstrated financial knowledge of modelling, analysis, evaluation, forecasting, strategic planning, and decision making
Understanding of systems and processes as they affect the financial results (Bison, MERP, Siera, Power BI)
Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written English language skills
Experience working with range of seniority, with ability to influence and challenge positively with stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated business skills with integrity and independent commercial judgment to understand the underlying business drivers
Ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams and working in a global organization across a matrix environment
Team player
Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by creation of a network of key partners within Finance and the business and the ability to bridge communications gap between finance and nonfinance
Finance / business degree or professional accountancy qualification
