The Casco High School are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Maths teacher to work in our dynamic team.

The position will start in August 2023.

As a boutique and bilingual British school, The Casco School was established to provide high-quality education in Panama. We currently offer preschool, primary and high school.

The Casco high School will follow the Cambridge IGCSE program until Year 11 and then the IB Diploma program from year 12 and 13.

About the Role

A Bachelor of Education degree or a PGCE from an accredited university, and QTS or other internationally recognised teaching qualification

Knowledge of the Cambridge Upper Secondary curriculum

Knowledge of IGCSE syllabus and exam process

Knowledge of the IB diploma program

At least 2 years of recent experience in whole-class teaching of the UK National Curriculum

Secure knowledge of excellent classroom practice in teaching, learning, assessment and reporting

Secure knowledge of safeguarding and child protection best practice
