1. Standardize capabilities required for back-end process operation to enhance customer experience. Examine the level of capabilities, establish KPIs and conduct improvement activities by country.2. Eliminate customers' inconveniences in processes before and after purchases including SCM, logistics and CS.Improve back-end processes to encourage customers to revisit.
Role and Responsibilities1.
[Business Process] Assist in process activities including designing sales process and optimizing operational organizations to encourage customer to visit and further, make a purchase.2 [Back-end Process] Assist in monitoring the SCM/Inventory status to boost offline cusotomer satisfaction, minimizing stock-out, organizing standards for prices and promotions and drawing insights from CS/Logistics status.3.
[Change Management] Assist in performing activities to analyze the business operation levels and improve KPIs by subsidiary.Skills and Qualifications
- Acquires and applies job skills and learns the company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks that are routinely/semiroutinely in nature
- Normally follows established procedures on work. Requires instructions on tasks
- Typical entry point for high school or vocational college graduates
