PCI Program Consultant, Security Assurance and Certifications


Join us as a PCI Program Consultant on our GRCSecurity Assurance and Certifications team in Panama, driving PCI compliance and building customer trust across our services and cloud offerings.

What you'll achieve

The Dell Security & Resiliency Organization (SRO) manages the security and resiliency risk across all aspects of Dell's business.

With team members located in over 15 countries, you will have an excellent opportunity to influence the security culture at Dell and further develop your career.

This role will be responsible for managing and leading the PCI and Payments Compliance program at Dell.


You will:

  • Manage and oversee the PCI program including developing and completing the Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) and Attestation of Compliance (AOC) annually and Lead efforts to support the enablement of cloud service offerings in markets which require PCI compliance
  • Oversee payment compliance for alternative payment methods
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and adapt your communication style for the audience
  • Work in an agile environment with a focus on scalability and innovation managing work both within the team and in partnership with control owners.

Here's what we are looking for with this role:

Essential Requirements

  • 10+ years security compliance, GRC and/or PCI experience
  • Internal Security Assessor (ISA) and/or Qualified Security Assessor (QSA)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for communicating with an executive audience
  • Innovative mindset, ability to build relationships, influence, and motivate people, instill accountability and drive results
  • English Advanced
Desirable Requirements

  • A degree in computer science, information security, engineering or related discipline, and relevant industry certifications (CISSP, CCSK, CISM, CISA)
  • Hands on experience operating a PCI program at scale
