Job summary:
The Procurement CoE Specialistis responsible of executing the standardized and harmonized business processes for the Procurement domain for LATAM by monitoring user behaviors, capture learnings and actively share experiences with respective BPEs.

Your role:

• Performs operational and tactical sourcing activities regarding Shopping Cards / Purchase Orders Creation.
• Takes decisions individually on normal day-to-day operations, captured in the key areas of responsibility focusing on the continuous improvement.
• Monitor and analyzes of KPIs: Purchase Order Compliance, Service Level Agreement end to end timing Approval and Parked invoices.
• Support the Indirect Services and Material Customer Service support for the LATAM Market.
• Support the Vendor Master Data Customer Service for the Americas by creating and screening vendors,

You're the right fit if:

• You possess an academic background in Finance, International Commerce, Accounting, Industrial Engineering and/or Business Admin.

• Have +2 years of experience in Procurement or a solid mix between experience and academic background.

• Advanced knowledge of Portuguese, Spanish and English.
• Knowledge of SAP, Ariba and Microsoft Excel.
