Responsibilities:

In this position, you will play a
key role in managing the finances of our business, including creating financial transactions and generating relevant reports.

You will also collaborate and communicate with other teammates, customers, and vendors to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.

Your main responsibilities would be:

Financial bookkeeping, reporting, and analysis.
Manage the accounts payable, including the management of tax forms and contracts from vendors.
Perform financial reconciliations on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy.
Maintain an organized and streamlined accounting system.
Work closely with the CFO and provide support to Executive management when required.
Be involved in different areas within the Finance Team

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience in accounting software (Oracle, Quickbooks, Peachtree, etc) is a plus
Good with numbers.
Detailoriented and organized you don't need someone to follow up with to get an update, you got this
Ability to work in a highperformance, fastpaced team environment.
Comfortable working in a startuplike environment where details often change.
