We're looking for an experienced Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)Analyst to join our dynamic finance team.

Your main task will be to consolidate financial information for the Energy Infrastructure Strategic Business Unit and an assigned set of businesses within the Company, offering valuable insights to support strategic decision-making. You will also be responsible for defining and implementing processes to digitize and automate financial reporting and analysis. Key responsibilities will include financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. The ideal applicant must have strong analytical skills, a thorough comprehension of financial concepts, and the capability to efficiently collaborate with cross-functional groups in different countries.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will:

• Lead the consolidation of financial data for the group, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets, and perform variance analysis and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in FP&A.
• Communicate financial information to key stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency and effectiveness.
• Define and implement processes and best practices to digitize and automate financial reporting and analysis, using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and SQL
• Support ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Advanced level of English is mandatory.
• At least 5 years of profesional experience and at least 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, M&A, commercial, preferably in a multi-business or multi-national environment
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards, such as IFRS and GAAP
• Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis, using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and SQL
