Position Overview The NA Services Operational Excellence & Project lead will manage projects across the NA region inclusive of existing services and new services.

You will be responsible for identifying improvement opportunities, performing root-cause analysis, and managing implementation of improvements.


In addition, you will lead projects for implementation of new services for the team, in which you act as the project manager by providing status reporting, risk identification and tracking and managing the scope and deliverables.

In this role you will partner with the Transformation Team to implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Roles And Responsibilities Operational Excellence & Project Lead responsibilities:
Manage project plans and migration playbook for new services being transferred Manage status reports and presentations for NA Services leadership for all change projects Drive, support and implement process optimization across the team Be an active member of the Continuous Improvement community Partner with the Transformation team on identified opportunities and drive initiatives towards execution Pro-actively manage status of projects, identify and mitigate risks Drive strategic discussions within Estee Lauder to present new ideas for services or improvements Drive content creation for Operating Review in partnership with NA Service Delivery lead, support delivery teams in compiling metrics and content for services


Quality & training responsibilities:
Support creation/maintenance of training documentation across all NA Services.

Create NA Operating Review presentations, compiling metrics and content from all services. Partner with NA Services Lead on strategy and approach.

Oversee, manage and coach the quality supervisor to build out the quality function and improve the quality for service delivery Maintain and update the catalogue of services for Commercial Support, performed for North America region Qualifications Hands-on project management experience required; leadership experience not required but highly recommended Self-motivated, highly driven, resourceful and "own it" culture Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills Ability to identify opportunities and translate to business cases and effectively presenting recommendations Continuous improvement and service-oriented mindset; consistently reviews processes and procedures to achieve synergies, drive efficiency and effectiveness and, improve client experience.

Works across customer groups and other OneSource work streams.
