Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Secures financial operations by monitoring and approving financial processing, reporting; ensure that accounting records and documentation comply with the requirements of the Group Finance Manual.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meets accounting financial standards by monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions

• Maintains financial security by adhering to internal controls

• Verifies accuracy of data and data processing of accounting related information

• Prepares monthly intercompany reconciliation and review general ledger accounts reconciliations

• Supports accounting procedures, ensure month and year-end balance correctly reflect the economic-financial reality of the company

• Assist internal and external auditors

• Maintains the ERP system and its interfaces with other applications

• Supports creation of financial reports according to IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and local GAAP

• Perform local withholding tax filings, ensure taxes updates in AP/AR master data, prepare information for annual taxes like CIT and Transfer

• Provides training to workers in both orally and writing form on accounting systems, local taxes, principles and practices

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• Experienced in job and fully qualified/trained

• Combined broad theoretical and practical knowledge incl. company policies and practices

• Strong competence with various tools, procedures, principally SAP and Microsoft Office

• English

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 Years experience, preferably in Accounting, Taxes and/or Treasury.
