Bachelor degree in Communications.

Fluent English & Spanish mandatory Permanent, Full-time The Regional Communications Manager is responsible for the editorial and corporate brand perception through the media in the CASA countries, and strategically plans the communication approach.

He/she is "Red Bull's Editor in Chief" for the regional media, carrying the messages of the company to the consumers through the country's media outlets.

This should be done via proper Red Bull media exposure and strong connections with local media people who can influence the public opinion.


He/she also takes responsibility for the distribution/deal makings (licensing contents), as well as fulfilling creative input and information sharing with the Red Bull Media House.

He/ she also manages country ́s corporate and crisis issues according to the international guidelines.

Areas that play to your strengths All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

Develops a yearly communications plan for the regional markets Define the plan taking into consideration the Red Bull global communications strategy and the local needs of the markets.

Must work integrated with the local marketing team to develop the ideal communication initiatives to support building the brand image and brand health indicators (T&A - Trial and Awareness) through media outcome and communication of events, athletes and other activities.


Acts as regional content collector for the global Content Pool and the Red Bull Media House Feeds all information about Red Bull events, Red Bull playground topics and creative ideas and concepts for formatting developments into the InfoNet.

Collects all finalized productions (moving images, audio, stills) into the global Content Pool and keeps all relevant materials updated (Red Bull Photofiles, moving images, audio, print productions) Develops and manages content production and its distribution to the media and the global Content Pool Has the responsibility for all communication materials produced in relation to events, product, athletes and corporate matters.


This includes but is not limited to:
press kits, stories, photographs, moving images and other forms of editorial material.

Establishes a good media contacts network in various fields Includes but is not limited to:
sport, culture, business, corporate and entertainment media.


Identifies and co-ordinates various external resources to execute the communication strategy Includes but is not limited to: photographers, videographers, translators, press officers, freelancers and production companies.

Reviews and monitors the execution of the job with the above suppliers.

Red Bull media - Monitor outcome and anything that might affect directly or indirectly the business through the media - Responsible for the ingest of national clippings into the global Coverage Database (InfoNet).

Media Network Freelancers - Manage the strong Media Network Freelancers team across the region to make sure our day to day Earned and Communications management is productive.


  • Guarantee our monthly targets are met through a correct follow up and routines to reach beyond our targets. Other
  • Handles crisis communication in the markets in collaboration with the HQ.
  • Issues a monthly communication report and share it with regional manager, marketing manager, HQ and the local Red Bull team
  • Exploits the various international and global events from the global Content Pool and InfoNet in the county ́s media
  • Responsible for the communication budget. Your areas of knowledge and expertise Bachelor degree in Communications.
Strong managerial skills; be able to lead teams and external services. Strong media relations in the national market. Knowledge in project management, ideally executing events. Strong editorial sense/knowledge to act as the national "Editor in Chief" (content & story developer).

Skills in distribution (print, broadcast, Web&New media), with a special focus on sales rights moving images (licensing, selling). Fundamental production knowledge (photography, text, moving images). Strong marketing understanding and analytic skills.
