Developed and managed content and tools to deliver training to IESA School Management (Venezuela), Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral (Ecuador), Bauerberg and Klein Training Solutions (Argentina). Conducting needs assessments to identify the training needs of the organizations, developing training content that was relevant and engaging and delivering the training in a way that was effective and efficient.

Collaborated with stakeholders to ensure the products met their needs. This include: conducting interviews with stakeholders to understand their needs, developing prototypes and getting feedback from stakeholders and making changes based on stakeholder feedback.
Conducted research and presented findings to young professionals through webinars in Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru  and Venezuela.
