Mr. Garcia joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 2013 as a Facilities Engineer for Citi’s portfolio in Panama; his experience brought improvements in the maintenance management of HVAC systems, electrical systems, compliance, infrastructure, project management, safety, and preventive maintenance programs. This experience comes from two years as a Chief Engineer on HVAC company.

For two years worked as a Facilities Engineer assigned to the Citi’s Panama portfolio, He was responsible for completing infrastructure projects and improving the overall critical systems operation for the Data Center and implementing the preventive maintenance and energy management program for the client’s headquarters and all their retail branches, country wide. He also worked as an Operations Engineer where he was responsible for the operation of 1.2 MM square feet.

In March 2016, Nilso joined the Banistmo JLL account as a Project Manager Lead for Panama, delivering improvements on construction management process for the account. 

In April 2017, Nilso joined the Alorica JLL account as a Chief Engineer LATAM, he was responsible for the proposal, implementation and tracking of savings initiatives leading to the following results:

• Sustainability initiatives for total savings of +370K
• Critical equipment optimization for total savings of +200K
• Energy strategy plan developed for total savings of over 20% consumption.

In March 2019, Nilso was promoted to join the NTT DATA JLL account as a Regional Facilities Manager.

Due to his past and present responsibilities, Mr. Nilso has developed and enhanced people skills that allow him to manage a team with leadership and ethic.
