Since June 2023, I have been serving as a Global Services Project Manager at Netser Group USA, where I oversee a dynamic portfolio of over 50 IT infrastructure projects across North America. My responsibilities include managing the deployment of complex enterprise solutions such as servers, storage units, and switches. I am deeply involved in the development of comprehensive project plans, integrating detailed forecasts, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure each project's success. A key aspect of my role is facilitating collaboration among sales, technical, and operational teams, which has resulted in consistently high client satisfaction ratings.

In addition to managing the technical aspects, I play a crucial role in maintaining clear and effective communication with stakeholders, keeping them informed about project progress, potential risks, and challenges. I also conduct thorough pre-site assessments, ensuring all sites are fully prepared and in compliance with regulations before deployment. My commitment to excellence extends to the project's final stages, where I ensure successful closures through meticulous follow-ups and comprehensive documentation. This approach has consistently resulted in seamless project execution and satisfied clients across the board.

I hold a Master's degree in Project Management from Universidad Latina de Panamá, which I completed between 2018 and 2019. My education has equipped me with a robust skill set in project coordination, planning, negotiation, and project delivery. I'm also proficient in business analytics and have expertise in planning, procurement, budgeting, and forecasting. In addition to my master's degree, I pursued advanced Excel courses in November 2019 at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers in Panama, further honing my analytical skills.

I also hold a Bachelor in Financial Engineering from Universidad Latina de Panamá, where I studied from 2015 to 2017. My engineering background has contributed to my solid foundation in project planning. Before this, I earned a Bachelor of Science International Affairs from Florida State University (FSU) between 2010 and 2015. During my time at FSU, I was actively involved in the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers and pursued minors in Hispanic Marketing and Communication and History, broadening my knowledge in human resources and communication strategies. My diverse educational background has made me a well-rounded professional with a strong focus on project management and engineering.
