I am a hospitality executive with extensive international experience leading large, Full‑service and All‑inclusive hotels and corporate food and beverage platforms across Mexico, the Caribbean and Latin America. My background includes roles as Hotel Director / General Manager, Corporate Director of Food & Beverage / Culinary and Senior Area Director of F&B for Marriott’s CALA, as well as senior leadership positions with Playa Resorts, Hilton, Westin, Hard Rock and other groups.

• Obtained in Hotels 5 Diamond, 50 Best and Michelin levels.
• Designed and implemented F&B concepts and programs that increased non‑package auxiliary revenue and strengthened brand positioning.

• Led multi‑disciplinary teams of 500+ associates in complex resort environments.
