Boston School International; Panama [Primary School Principal &PYP Coordinator] Jan 2022- Jan 2023 -First grade teacher; promoted to principal/ PYP coordinator after 3 months. 

-Led school through successful PYP accreditation reevaluation. 

-Supervised, motivated and supported teachers, classified employees, and special education personnel. -Interviewing, hiring, and training staff. 

-Planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, addressing complaints and resolving problems. -

Revising and developing school policies and curriculum. 

 

Santiago College; Chile [Kindergarten teacher] Feb 2018 - Dec 2021
